Mr. Anderson represents broker-dealers, registered representatives and investment advisors in securities litigation and arbitration matters.  He represents financial services firms and registered representatives before state and federal courts as well as in regulatory actions before the SEC, FINRA and other state regulatory agencies.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Anderson worked for two years at the FINRA Boston District Office in the Enforcement Division.  Mr. Anderson has been voted a “Massachusetts Rising Star” in 2009 and 2010 by Law & Politics, and was listed in the national publication of Super Lawyers Corporate Counsel Edition, published in 2010.
 
Mr. Anderson received his J.D. in 2007 from Suffolk University.  He is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and New York.  He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.  He is a current member of the Boston Bar Association, New York Bar Association and the New York County Lawyers Association.
