Brady Hermann focuses his practice in the areas of securities litigation and regulation, complex commercial and business litigation, and employment matters. He regularly represents financial services firms, broker-dealers, and investment advisors before state and federal courts, FINRA and other regulatory agencies. Mr. Hermann received his B.A. from Villanova University in 2002, and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2006. Prior to joining Michaels, Ward & Rabinovitz, Mr. Hermann was an associate at a general litigation firm and focused his practice in the areas of commercial and business litigation. While in law school, Mr. Hermann was a member of the Suffolk Defenders Clinical Program in which he represented indigent clients charged with felony and misdemeanor crimes throughout all phases of the court process. Mr. Hermann is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Hermann was voted a 2009 “Massachusetts Rising Star” by Law & Politics, and will be listed in the national publication of Super Lawyers Corporate Counsel Edition, to be published in early 2010.
