Melissa Bevilacqua is an associate with Michaels, Ward & Rabinovitz, LLP in the New York City office.
Prior to joining Michaels Ward & Rabinovitz, Ms. Bevilacqua was a paralegal at Merrill Lynch & Co. in the Office of General Counsel since 2005 through its merger with Bank of America in 2009, and was promoted to vice president in 2010. She worked extensively on regulatory inquiries and internal investigations involving the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA, and state securities commissions in matters related to the firm’s retail brokerage, institutional trading and investment banking businesses. She also has experience in anti-money laundering compliance and municipal finance regulation.
Ms. Bevilacqua received her J.D. from New York Law School in 2010. She received her M.A. from Seton Hall University in 2002 and her B.A. cum laude from Seton Hall University in 2000. Ms. Bevilacqua is admitted in New York and New Jersey. .
