Nicki Samson focuses her practice primarily on securities litigation and arbitration matters.  She represents financial services firms and broker-dealers before state and federal courts as well as in regulatory actions before the SEC, NASD, NYSE, FINRA and other regulatory agencies.

Prior to practicing law, Ms. Samson worked as a Legal Assistant and Case Manager in the Litigation Department at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York.

Ms. Samson was voted a 2009 “Massachusetts Rising Star” by Law & Politics, and will be listed in the national publication of Super Lawyers Corporate Counsel Edition, to be published in early 2010.

Ms. Samson received her J.D. in 2004 from Boston College Law School, where she represented low-income and indigent clients in family law and Social Security matters in the school's Civil Litigation Clinic and Disability Benefits Project.  She received her B.A. cum laude from College of the Holy Cross in 1999, graduating Phi Beta Kappa.  She is a member of the Massachusetts bar and admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
