Ms. Seltenrich concentrates her practice in the area of securities litigation.  She represents financial services companies, broker-dealers and investment advisors in regulatory proceedings, customer arbitrations and actions filed in state and federal courts.  Ms. Seltenrich also handles employment dispute matters within the securities industry.

Prior to joining Michaels, Ward & Rabinovitz, LLP Ms. Seltenrich was a contract associate at Bingham McCutchen in Boston, where she defended broker-dealers in regulatory investigations for market timing, sales practices and other alleged violations of securities rules and regulations.  Prior to Bingham McCutchen, Ms. Seltenrich litigated cases involving insurance defense and insurance coverage matters.  Ms Seltenrich recently co-authored "Class B Mutual Fund shares: A Look Back at Recent Regulatory Activity and Strategy for Litigators" for the ABA publication Securities Litigation Journal.

Ms. Seltenrich earned her B.A. in political science from American University in 1995 and her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 1998.  She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.  Ms. Seltenrich is a member Boston Bar Association and Massachusetts Bar Association.  Ms. Seltenrich is active in local community organizations and musical groups and is an active participant in the Volunteer Lawyers Project of the Boston Bar Association.  In both 2006 and 2008, Ms. Seltenrich was named a Massachusetts Rising Star in the area of securities litigation by Law and Politics Magazine.
